Yes! I DO accept custom orders.

Are the cups hand-wash only?
Yes! All cups must be gently hand washed.
Please:
✔ do not place in dishwasher
✔ do not microwave
✔ do not soak
✔ avoid scrubbing the design
This protects the design and lid.
What size are the cups?
Most glass cups are 16 oz, and snow globe styles vary by size and shape.
Check individual listings for exact cup details.
Can I return or exchange my cup?
All sales are final.
Replacements are only offered if the item arrives damaged, and photo proof is required within 24–48 hours of pickup or delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
Shipping is currently available within the U.S.
Do you offer rush orders?
Not right now, but rush options may be available in the future depending on demand and inventory.
Why doesn’t my snow globe liquid move fast?
Flow speed varies based on:

This is normal with handmade snow globes.
Why do some cups have slight imperfections?
All cups are handmade.
Small variations or flaws can occur and do not affect function.
They are part of the unique charm of a handcrafted item.
