Returns & Exchanges

Because each cup is handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size or style selected
  • change of mind
  • slight imperfections that naturally occur in handcrafted items

All sales are final.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery or pickup to:

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will:

  • ✔ send a replacement
    or
  • ✔ issue store credit

Damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery/pickup.


Order Errors

If we made a mistake (wrong item sent), we will correct it at no cost to you.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, production may have already started and the order cannot be canceled.


Custom Orders

Custom designs, name cups, and personalized products are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once work has begun.


Additional Notes

  • All items are handmade; minor variations do not qualify as defects.
  • Refunds are not issued for delays caused by weather or carrier shipping issues.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
