Returns & Exchanges
Because each cup is handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- wrong size or style selected
- change of mind
- slight imperfections that naturally occur in handcrafted items
All sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery or pickup to:

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will:
- ✔ send a replacement
or - ✔ issue store credit
Damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery/pickup.
Order Errors
If we made a mistake (wrong item sent), we will correct it at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, production may have already started and the order cannot be canceled.
Custom Orders
Custom designs, name cups, and personalized products are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once work has begun.
Additional Notes
- All items are handmade; minor variations do not qualify as defects.
- Refunds are not issued for delays caused by weather or carrier shipping issues.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
