Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered or is lost in transit:

- We will assist, when possible, but replacements/refunds are not guaranteed for stolen packages.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
