If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo within 48 hours of delivery to:

Damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

If we made a mistake (wrong item sent), we will fix it immediately at no cost to you.

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, your order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.

Custom cups, name cups, and personalized orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.
